Our basement concrete floor had some dips in it and he could have just laid the floor but when he realized just how big the dips were he felt he needed to explain to me what my options were. She found similar flooring to what we had in another room (which would have been totally acceptable) and then went above and beyond to find the EXACT flooring we already had. The installers were there 10 minutes before their expected time and worked their butts off to get the job done on time. Our floor wasn't level so they had to lay new concrete before they could even start their work. It was an unexpected delay but they didn't bat an eye...just did the work. And still finished on time. “We have loved Beehive Flooring's service, communication, and the end result. They initially replaced our luxury vinyl flooring in our loft, main floor, and stairs. They fixed the uneven and unlevel spots, pulled out nails that were poking through, etc. There were only a select few very minor fixes needed for a large area, and they came out and fixed them promptly. We were so impressed with their work that we hired them to finish our basement flooring and baseboards, install safety bars in our bathrooms, and install the wood slats on our spiral staircase. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and was discussed with owners openly. We have requested additional assistance from Beehive, and they are our go-to for any future similar needs.”
