He has spent many years on his hands and knees laying carpet, LVP, engineered hardwood, and tile across Southern Utah — first as a crew lead for other contractors, and then as the owner of his own company. He still personally walks every job site, sets the layout, and trains every installer on the methods our customers see called out in 5-star Google reviews: level subfloors, tight seams, careful cuts around vents and doorways, and a clean job site at the end of every day.

How Beehive Started
Beehive Flooring & More was founded by Angel Sucup after years of installing flooring for other contractors across Washington and Iron counties. Angel kept hearing the same thing from homeowners on every job: they wanted a single team they could actually reach by phone, who would walk them through the material choice, do the install themselves, and stand behind the work afterward. So he and his wife Jessica opened a small showroom in Hurricane, Utah and started running the whole process under one roof — sales, design help, installation, and follow-up.
Today the business still operates the same way. Angel runs the install crews and personally lays out tricky jobs (custom showers, wood that has to wrap around staircases, level fixes on older Santa Clara and Hurricane homes). Jessica runs the showroom at 525 W State St #4, helps customers pick materials that hold up to Southern Utah's heat and dry air, and keeps every quote clear and itemized. We are intentionally small — no call centers, no commissioned sales reps, no sub-contracted "day labor" crews you'll never see again.
